I feel confident in stating that Granite Creek truly believes in putting patient care first. The morning staff and therapist are great but the night staff is horrible beyond words. I complained that the back of my left leg hurt and it to me complaining and crying two days for a doctor to check it out and I was sent by ambulance to the hospital to find out I had a clot. At night when you pushed your call button it took 30 minutes or longer to get help. Three days later I was rushed to the hospital because of it. The nurse that night was horrible and had no clue on what to do.

A nurse looked through my file and saw that I had anxiety, depression, and PTSD. She came into my room and sat beside me and proceeded to tell me that she has a friend that does hypnosis therapy and she really thinks that I should quit seeing my doctor and get off my meds and see her friend. First off all her looking through my file is a Hippa violation. I heard two nurses yelling at each other loudly at night. They aren't on top of giving out meds so if you're in pain you suffer until they finally get to you. I seen a nurse give her personal cell phone number to a patient just in case he had any issues at night while the rest of us went through hell.
