They have a new Administer who is very nice but unfortunately there are SO many problems he hasn’t been able to address them all. There is a high staff turnover and they had a recent resident wander out the door of the main facility. I looked at the memory unit and the staff is HORRIBLE. I only saw one man and a petite women helping the residents. I have witnessed them talking ugly and yelling at the 4 residents in the memory unit.

On th day before he was to be discharged Christina called me and said….I have everything set up for you…his transportation, home health and everything else.
