We provide a safe home for the aging community along with compassionate care and healthy living. The Agency’s mission is to provide professional and paraprofessional services to clients in their homes assisting them to achieve the highest level of potential in their day-to-day self-care activities. Home Care encompasses a set of health services or health-related services that are provided in the patient’s home.

Our services are provided through the brand new and modernly equipped Model Centre for Care and Rehabilitation “metamorfosis” and the In Home Nursing Care. I have plenty of experience with gluten and dairy free recipes, vegetarian and vegan fare and ketogenic meals.
Holistic Care in Nursing
Managed by seasoned registered nurses, our holistic approach to health care spans the entire staff. I am a 74 year old woman who has an overall body neuropathy that has left me with weakness, fatigue, balance issues and back pain. When I first met Laurie she helped me with many small chores, driving to appointments and shopping. I loved having her help as she was always so caring, efficient, on time and a safe driver! She was sensitive to my specific needs which made me confident that I was safe in her care.
My daughter was taken ill so I only stayed one of my two booked nights. Sadly in my haste I left an outfit in the cupboard which I have still yet to receive a week later. Poorly dealt with - I certainly don’t expect this from this Calibre of Hotel - that said the meal in the grill on the first night was good as was the service. Each month Holistic Care Hospice and Palliative Care partners with a non-profit organization that is doing amazing things in the communities we serve. Our goal is to support organizations through monetary donations and advertising their cause. We truly believe in giving back to our communities such as Los Angeles, San Diego, Corona, and this is just one way we are able to contribute.

Laurie was great in helping me both with daily tasks around the home, and attention to detail regarding my shoulder rehab. I highly recommend her, with her warm heart and knowledge, you will be in good and caring hands. Nurses educated in holistic care are better equipped at improving a patient’s lifestyle choices and enhancing determinants of health, the personal, economic, social and environmental factors that influence health status. Rates for acupressure and chair massage are $50/per session (60-75 mins) - OR - Package of 3 treatments $135 . The doctors and chaplain referral were absolutely fabulous. She recognized that her patients’ needs extended beyond physical manipulation or pharmaceutical medication and significantly reduced the death rate and spread of cholera at the hospital by improving hygiene practices. Since I became a massage therapist, I have always received regular treatments.
